RAPLLC provides crucial legal services for the creation and organization of various special purpose districts.  We also serve as general counsel and bond counsel for the newly created districts.  We take pride as experienced counsel in maintaining long-term relationships with our clients, and we are always excited about the opportunity to grow with the communities these special purpose districts serve.  

RAPLLC serves as general counsel and bond counsel for many Houston area municipal utility districts (MUDs).  We provide the requisite counsel necessary for the construction and implementation of crucial water, wastewater, and drainage infrastructure.  We also represent each MUD client in a expansive array of legal practices, including regulatory compliance, construction law, the Texas Open Meetings Act, the Texas Public Information Act, annexations, and election law. RAPLLC immerses itself with the communities each MUD serves and looks forward to the growth of these communities. 

While serving as bond counsel, RAPLLC labors to cause the lawful and efficient issuance of debt.  We have great experience in all facets of special district infrastructure financing, including the areas of regulatory review and approval, and we love being able to advise our clients in the process of the preparation of applications for the sale of bonds.

In an effort to have a positive impact on the communities we serve, RAPLLC provides the legal services necessary to assist commercial and residential developers seeking to develop land to further benefit the surrounding communities.

RAPLLC represents both property owners and homeowners associations (HOAs).  We provide legal counsel on various HOA matters, including deed restrictions, assessment collections, maintenance issues, and various other matters an HOA Board of Directors may face.

RAPLLC regularly represents clients in a very broad range of general real estate matters and commercial transactions.
