We provide the requisite counsel necessary for the construction and implementation of crucial water, wastewater, and drainage infrastructure. We also represent each MUD client in a expansive array of legal practices, including regulatory compliance, construction law, the Texas Open Meetings Act, the Texas Public Information Act, annexations, and election law. RAPLLC immerses itself with the communities each MUD serves and looks forward to the growth of these communities.
While serving as bond counsel, RAPLLC labors to cause the lawful and efficient issuance of debt. We have great experience in all facets of special district infrastructure financing, including the areas of regulatory review and approval, and we love being able to advise our clients in the process of the preparation of applications for the sale of bonds.
