Our Practice
Our practice involves the representation of municipal utility districts, homeowners associations , nonprofit water supply corporations, and other types of government and special purpose entities in coordinating with various local, state, and federal authorities on construction, development, electric procurement, environmental, financing, real estate, and regulatory matters. We have extensive experience in public infrastructure development and associated municipal bond financing. We also counsel private commercial and residential development entities on various issues involving the construction and financing of public and private utilities.
